We send you herewith the Cutout Unit removed from the above chassis. This Cutout has only been in service three months and we are requested to give a special report on the cause of failure, as we are told that the installation of the chassis was tested and everything found normal except the Cutout. You will observe that the Cutout points are completely destroyed through some cause, and we should be pleased if you would give us your opinion on the matter. BY {R.W.
