Then again, we must have a sufficient depth of electrolyte for hydrometer readings. These are my comments on that particular question.

In regard to the thickness of the ebonite separation, I thought you would probably have arrived at the compromise and make it .5 mm. Could not that be done and let it go at that ? We do rather feel that some extra thickness is necessary, only at the same time we want to be careful not unduly to put up the charging resistance by this means.

How is your Phantom behaving now ? Have you had any trouble with side lamps burning out due to high voltage ?
