LONDON. N.W.10.
For the attention of Mr. Ward.
Dear Sirs,
RE: CHASSIS 30.G.V11.
We wish to confirm that during our visit on Tuesday, 23rd February, we found that the outer contour of the dashboard was incorrect - will you please cut to the size required, also that the position of the steering wheel is not to drawing - will you please alter as suggested, the height of the steering wheel from the rim to the level top of frame should be 32.750, and its distance from the datum back of dash 32.600.
We wish you to fit the bonnet for this car in order to ensure it lining up with the scuttle, if that is convenient to you.
Could you please give us the earliest date you expect this car to be ready for us to take delivery.
Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS.
