COPY. X4553 Hotel Sylva Pergolese, 3, Rue Pergolese, Paris (XVI). To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} We have tried the Bentley to-day with the bumper bar and cross member fitted. The car was a bad one for wing and headlamp movement. The fitting of the above made a 95% improvement. There was only a slight dither from the headlamps and wings under the worst conditions. Sr. was very pleased with the result. The performance of the 25 HP. is definitely down as against ours and an old car. We have not fully investigated the trouble, but believe it is due to the carburetter being too weak for the pick-up. (Sgd.) G.W.Hancock. | ||
