This second device consists in adding to the cylinder silencer a new third valve. I am awaiting a complete description of it from the Professor in a day or two, and when received I could send it to you in confidence for your consideration.

It is impossible to build any mechanical device in Yugo-Slavia and it is therefore desirable that a working model should be built in this country. The Professor is prepared to produce the working drawings in a very short while, but for this purpose he desires to be supplied with the characteristics of the motor which it is intended to use for the demonstration. The gas turbine is so simple that it will take very little time to construct the model, and the cost should not exceed a few hundred pounds. It should practically prove the first stage of the absolute elimination of sounds, and the Professor, together with his co-patentee, after every possible theoretical investigation and in view of their previous practical experience, are assured of the success of the device.

I am empowered by the Professor to negotiate the British rights in these inventions on his behalf, and I have no doubt that if the matter were seriously considered he would be prepared to include the world rights also.

If you desire any further information on special technical questions relating to these devices I should be glad if you would kindly put them in such form that I may transmit them to the Professor, when they will be dealt with by him and the answers transmitted to you.

If you are to be in London shortly, I should be glad if you would give me an opportunity to meet you at any time and place to suit your convenience, when I should be pleased to give you any general technical information concerning these matters.

Awaiting the favour of your reply,

I am,

Yours faithfully,

M Brodiansky
