Dear Sirs, Our Drawing Office received a telephone message yesterday to the effect that you are requiring the following screw part numbers - E88107, E88108, E88109, with the screw driver slots in the heads omitted. We understand that you are requiring quantities of 12, 12 and 48 of the respective above mentioned part numbers, at an early date, and these will be finished for despatch on Monday next. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we hold the present stock of completed screws to the above mentioned part numbers, as follows :- Part No. E.88107 .... 281 " " E.88108 .... 221 " " E.87109 .... 1066 and therefore these screws will become useless.
