I think in view of the large number of parts finished, and the cost of same, for A.2. Series, it will be necessary for us to bring in the proposed modifications to the governor at the commencement of B.2. If Experimental Dept. feel that this is putting the matter back further than they want it, I will have to raise the matter with BJ. and give him the cost of the parts involved, as scrap, as he insists on having this before any decision can be taken.
