Experimental Coachwork. Coach Gen

A discussion was held between Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/Greene and Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} on the problems involved in getting experimental bodies for Silver Phantom and Silver Ripple.

It was confirmed that you wish Mr. W.Hunt to be used in rounding up all drawings already in existance and used before the war to produce such bodies at Park Ward. He will also produce any such drawings in the future.

It is understood also that you suggest he shall make a type of Chassis Print to correlate all these drawings shewing the minimum of chassis details and quoting references to the full-size clearance drawings.

Mr. Hunt will undertake this work assisted by Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} and Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} who have handled the problem in the past.

In addition to the above, Mr. Hunt will be used to progress the work at coachbuilders making the usual weekly visit which Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} and Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames} found necessary when prototype bodies were under construction at Park Ward.

As Mr. Greene has an ever growing number of outside contacts in connection with the body programme of the future, we understand you suggest that Mr. Hunt should be used to assist in this, and the progressing of components as well as the production planning.
