RE REAR ROAD SPRINGS BEARINGS WITH "ALEMITE" LUBRICATORS.

Please receive herewith three blue prints of N.sch.926, shewing the rear road spring bearings modified to allow of the use of grease lubricators. This scheme should be used unless very satisfactory results are obtained from the oilless bearings already sent to you.

Floating washers are used throughout, but in the case of the rolled eye, should there be any difficulty in manufacture, we suggest that the bush be fixed, being drilled and reamed in position to the correct centres, either by ourselves or the makers. This, we believe, has been our practice in the past in the case of rolled eyes.

Please put details in hand.
