Dear Sir,
Referring to my recent visit to your Works, I now have pleasure in returning under separate cover the fittings for front-wheel Nail Catchers, which I have checked over and believe will be found to be correct. I shall be glad if you can fit these, together with the back Catchers, on one of your cars, so as to get an idea how far they are effective in actual practice under your conditions.
If you care to fit any other cars so as to get a more complete trial, we shall be very glad to send you fittings for trial on same.
