Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} stated that he thought that the lock had got to such a stage now that we should make a small quantity and if necessary produce some tools.

It was agreed to produce 2 doz. locks.

One set will be fitted to the last of the B.Y.'s. being produced, the locks to be available for months from the date of the meeting.

Mr. Ward is to send to Messrs. W.B. a set of 4 locks from the B.Y. body to enable them to recheck the centres.

Ash trays.

Sample ash trays were examined.

It was agreed that this item needed to be designed and would have to be undertaken based on the W.B. samples inspected.

The standard W.B. ash tray - 1/6d.

Roof lamps.

A standard sample was examined. A complete set of sample lamps to enable takignework to be done are to be sent to W.B. for the attention of Mr. Draper.

The standard sample examined was priced at 2/8d. including the bulb.

Switches.

Several switches were examined for the instrument board in order to produce a group of accessory switches.

A sample push on push off switch was taken away by EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JB.

Hinges.

Door hinges were discussed.

At the moment Messrs. W.B. do not make these.

Mr. Ward was asked to send a sample to Mr. Breeden with a view to his making some designs for hinges in good quality material .4% carbon steel was suggested.
