We should like to try out the experiment of coating a standard P.2. metal battery box with this paint in lieu of having the box sent away to be lead dipped which we understand is an expensive job. For this purpose will you kindly arrange to instruct an untreated P.2. battery box to be painted with this paint, samples of which we have in the exptl. dept. when we will arrange for it to be tried out on one of our exptl. chassis. At the same time we are also arranging to carry out laboratory tests with samples of battery box sheet metal treated with this paint suspended over batteries on charge.
