Dear Sir,

In reply to your letter of the 11th inst., reference H.N.W., the undersigned accompanied by Mr.E.J.Brook will arrive at 10-16 a.m. on Tuesday next at New St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Station.

Many thanks for your offer to meet us at the Station. In order to avoid confusion will you kindly ask your driver to exhibit the letters G.E.C. on the windscreen and to await us in the centre road entrance to the Station.
