EFC x8797 Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}/McM3/T18.5.27. Watford EO.6. Magneto with enclosed armature tunnel. EFC4/T25.4.27 Further to our Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}/McM12/T27.4.27. The chassis to which the remaining 2 magnetos were fitted have now completed their test, and we can report on the magnetos as follows - Mag. No.96129. This is no better than present magnetos. Brushes squeak, this would be termed "just passable". Mag No.961535 This again is no better than present standard as it would not pass owing to knocks.
