GOSHAWK - INCREASED COOLING CAPACITY X.4240.

Referring to your BY6/PlX.2.23., if a shutter is advisable in preference to louvres in the side of the bonnet, (as I think it is) we ought to be able to design one which does not rattle, and yet always ready for opening.
