We think this can best be arranged by having the patent granted in the joint names of Automotive Products Company Ltd. and A.F.Martindale, which will give both parties the usual rights of co-patentees. In this case the cost of the Application will be shared equally. As far as the U.S.Application is concerned we shall be pleased to know if you wish a similar arrangement to be made, and the patent granted in the joint names. An early reply would oblige.
