Your Ref:โ My Ref:โ APM/JRC February 4th 1936 Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd. D E R B Y. Dear Sirs, I have been instructed by the Synchro-Start Corporation to present details of their device to European car manufacturers. The enclosed description will fully explain the functions of Synchro-Start. You will note the importance of a live fly-wheel pick up. You will be impressed by the sound application of electrical principles to actually improve engine performance. Synchro-Start is not a unit which operates occasionally. It is performing useful work throughout the running period of the engine. I shall be glad to hear of your interest and am at your entire disposal for tests on dynamometer and on the road. Yours faithfully, [Signature of A.P. Mill] Jele ENCLS.
