| X 3445. To EY. from EFC. c. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} EFC2/T3.4.24. X.3445 - COIL FROM 20 HP CHASSIS GF.67. We have confirmed that this coil is faulty, and will not give a H.T spark at all. On further investigation we find that there is a definite break in the secondary winding which no doubt is either the cause or is connected with the failure. Further than this, it will be necessary to unwind the coil for examination. This can be done by Mr. Brock's Dept. or by ourselves, as you desire. For the time being we return the coil herewith.
