Bailey - Chief Engineer} & Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}1/FH.3.10.38. CHASSIS MATERIALS. In connection with the Schedules which have been recently issued for Wraith, 'G' Series, will you please arrange to allow 10% surplus in future on all materials. This will provide a margin for Scrap or Shortages and will obviate the necessity of frequent re-ordering when Scrap or Shortages arise. Should a surplus of material remain after completion of a Series of any type of Chassis, it will be legislated for in the next Material Issue and carried forward so that it will be absorbed on subsequent Production. This arrangement will not only facilitate the ordering of Materials but will also result in reduced Handling Charges. RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} | ||
