-3- Contd. at each heating must get progressively weaker until ultimately it goes. The normal fusing current is, as mentioned recently, about 28 amperes, the oxidising current will be perhaps 17 or 18 amperes, corresponding approximately to the peak ampere output ( field current not subtracted) in this higher output machine. We shall be making further tests in regard to the extent of damage possible as a result of faults on the system. EFC. | ||
