| GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} (K). BY.2/G.16.6.38. CYLINDER RE-GRINDS. The information conveyed in Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /GWH. {George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} 19/N.10.6.38. mainly covers what I was asking for. There is just one other point, however, which it is necessary for me to have in mind, and that is, since increased oil consumption is the main cause of re-grinding at what point is it considered oil consumption from the customer's point of view calls for treatment. I imagine it is round about 700 or 800 miles per gallon. BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
