EAC.10 SUPER SPORTS MODEL.

EAC.7 is so encouraging that we ought to
strain every nerve to get the above quickly.

Certain few parts are common to this and
present production, such as front axle etc. These could go
ahead, but most of the present parts should only be ordered
to meet the demand in sight, and the stock of cars should
be reduced, so that:

(1) Present parts kept as low as possible.
(2) Output of cars reduced to use up stock.
(3) Press forward EAC.10 and parts to the
modifications embodied.

To sum up in a few xxxx words - (1) make the
earliest and quickest change possible, (2) reduce stock in
anticipation.

It will increase difficulties if - (a) we
have much stock, (b) if changes hang about for a long time.
