Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

For the attention of Mr.Rowbotham,
Experimental Department.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for yours of April 8th, but are somewhat surprised to learn that you are not yet able to pass an opinion on the Pipe supplied, particularly as SUPERFLEXIT is being used by your Aircraft Department at Hucknall, (please refer to your Mr.Cowdrey); and in our opinion what is good enough for use on aircraft is surely good enough for cars.

We would also add that we supply exclusively to The Fairey Aviation Company, Messrs. de Havilland Aircraft Co.Ltd., Imperial Airways Ltd., Messrs. Armstrong Whitworth Aircraft Ltd., and in fact, almost all of the important Aircraft Manufacturers in this country. We also supply large quantities of tubing direct to the Air Ministry, SUPERFLEXIT being the only non-metallic flexible tubing approved by them for oil as well as petrol.

In view of these facts we trust that there will not be a long delay in the approving of our tubing for use on both Rolls-Royce and Bentley Cars.

Yours faithfully,

SUPERFLEXIT LIMITED.

Wm. R.{Sir Henry Royce} Trounson, Director.
