X. 2065 - RE WORK IN HAND FOR ELEC.EXPL.DEPT.

We would like to remind you of the various little jobs you have in hand for us.

Y158/
Some time ago we had some correspondence about the high tension testing transformed, and a selection of one transformer was made from a number of quotations received. It was then understood that you would be obtaining one of these transformers for our experimental work, but from that time onwards we have heard nothing from you, as to whether this has been obtained or even ordered.

Rather later than the above we asked you for a rig for dynamo testing to enable any size of dynamo to be easily clamped down when a test is necessary. This job also has apparently been overlooked.

Recently in our EFC2/T24.2.22 we have asked for a cast iron pulley for our driving motor, of larger dia. than at present, and still later we have verbally asked that attention shall be given to the roof of our laboratory to prevent the access of the birds. This should be looked upon as a very urgent job as valuable apparatus has been spoiled.

We should be very glad if you could arrange for the necessary attention to be given to these matters.

EFC.
