To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson} X235 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/LG21.2.27. HYDRAULIC SHOCK DAMPERS. X235 With reference to DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M15.2.26. Whilst we find forced lubrication to the bearing of the shock damper is effective in curing knocks and lubricates the bearing very adequately, we so far have been unable to make a gland oil-tight under these conditions. We are continuing experiments however in this direction. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn{Mr Robinson} | ||
