Carter-Parratt Ltd.,
77-King Street,
MANCHESTER.2.

For the attention of Mr. E.H.Bickersteth.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning to you one of the sample cards you recently made up. Some corrections are required. Those shewn on pasted white paper are self explanatory.

On the front the scrap column should become two columns "R.R. Scrap" and S.C. Scrap". Between the "R.T. Good" and "A.B." columns there should be a remarks column. We suggest the new scrap column should be .625 wide and the remarks column .875 making a total increase in width of 1½".

The back of course also becomes 1½" wider some of which should be used for the words "Delivery Schedule" above the figures 1 to 13.

Can you please make up one or two sample cards and send us the following information:-

(1) Price of 10,000 cards.

(2) Price of equipment to hold 7,500 cards.

(3) Size of cabinets for (2).

Secondly we should want a cabinet to hold 350 cards like the white sample enclosed. Would you draw up one of these and quote for the cabinet and again give the size.

Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary}
