TELEPHONE 8081 (7 LINES). TELEGRAMS: 'ROVER, COVENTRY'. SBW:MF. THE ROVER COMPANY LTD. COVENTRY, ENG. April 26th 1935 W.A. Robotham Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd, Derby. Dear Robotham, Your tappets will be finished today and despatched to you this evening. I am surprised that you have had trouble with your steering, as we have been singularly free from this lately. Our wheels and tyres together are supposed to be balanced to within thirty inch ozs. We do not have a hundred percent inspection and it is possible that your's may be worse than this, if so, I should very much like to know where it is out. Yours sincerely, S.B. Wilks & P.S. Since Mr. Wilks dictated the above, I find the tappets are not quite finished, so that I am unable to send them tonight. MFL. Dictated but not since read by Mr. S.B. Wilks. | ||
