| S/W BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} 20/25 and 25/30 HP. Chassis Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager}3KW.11.6.36. BY/Cgh.{W Clough}9/G29.6.36. We originally made a request for this information on the 30th April last. It is information it is important we should have from the point of view of discussing our cars in all their aspects with interested customers. We appreciate that you have been very busy, but it does seem to us to be an incredibly long time to have to wait for information which should be in our possession. Will you please treat this matter now as urgent, and let us have an early reply, or pass this on to the official who is dealing with the matter so that we do not have to wait much longer for this information. We are not only requiring this information ourselves, but some of our Retailers have asked for it also. The question is quite a natural one from the customer's point of view, and it is wrong that we should not be in a position to answer it. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} | ||
