N.sch. 3591. herewith shews slight modifications to the fulcrum pin for the hand brake lever. We wish to secure the nut riveting over the pin for the sake of economy. We are aware that there is not much room inside the box for this purpose, but we think that if the lip on the pin is not unnecessarily thick it will be possible to rivet it over sufficiently well.
