Do you know whether Paddon's car is fitted with Hartford shock-absorbers? Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} says that if this is not so, he will go on complaining that he wants front wheel brakes, and he should not require front wheel brakes so much if he has shock-absorbers.
