X.2515 To By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC EFC5/T29.4.20. X. 2515 - LUCAS SWITCHBOX - FIELD FUSE. X.3449 We have found that some of the Lucas switchboxes recently delivered are not being supplied with the 30 S.W.G. tin lead fuse wire as originally arranged in our Ck{Mr Clark}1/T14220 and as referred to in your By10/P10.2.20, but that some have been provided with tinned copper wire fusing at higher amperage than intended. Perhaps you will take this point up with Messrs. Lucas. Mr. Breeden was speaking to me on the telephone yesterday and I just casually mentioned this to him and he said he would look into it. EFC. | ||
