M.51.MG 1st April, 1939. W. A. {Mr Adams} Robotham, Esq., Rolls-Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Mr. Robotham, I enclose herewith a copy of the article which it is proposed to publish in THE MOTOR of April 11. I hope you will forgive some of the "blurb-y" bits which have been put in for the edification of the great B.P. I would be glad if you would check the accuracy of the specifications and my description of the material involved. I shall be seeing Millard Buckley and Cox at Conduit Street and they may telephone you to get confirmation from you that this side of it is all O.K. Of course, if you have alterations to make I shall be very pleased to put them in. I would be glad if you would give the matter immediate attention as we go to press next week on Wednesday owing to the intervention of the Easter holiday. Kind regards, Sincerely yours, Laurence Pomeroy TECHNICAL EDITOR. | ||
