Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T4.10.23. <STRIKETHROUGH>X 4363 DYNAMO FIELD CIRCUIT FUSES. X 4410</STRIKETHROUGH> The field circuit fuse, i.e. fuse No.2 from the left on the distribution board of chassis 3 GII, 6 GII, 7 GII and 49-GB have been replaced by fuse wire of No. 40 S.W.G., fusing at 6¼ amperes, which we consider is the right size of wire for such a fuse. The object at the moment is to see whether this size of fuse wire is capable of standing up to all ordinary conditions of running. It is known that this fuse will act as a protection to prevent the dynamo roasting if the battery is inadvertently disconnected, or the negative wire is broken, or the negative brush sticks in its holder. Should any of these fuses fail by any chance, temporarily they should be replaced by wire of the uniform size for the other fuses, and we should be informed. MADE AT CROXLEY EFC. {E.
