Modifications to car WXA-2 to improve wind noise, with additional other and chassis work.

WXA-2 - Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}

The following work has been carried out on the above car to improve wind noise:-

(1) Covers over drain holes in screen pillars removed. A new pattern made and fitted.

(2) Sunshine roof removed, tubular rubber fitted on the side edges.

(3) Rubber sealing strip fitted to door shuts.

(4) Ventilation fitted to the front doors.

Other work -

(5) A special foot rest to suit the rear compartment has been made and fitted.

Chassis work -

(6) Needle bearing pivots fitted.
