Instrument Patch Lighting.

I was very interested to read your E.7/HP12.5.32 and also copy of Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wstll/MA11.5.32 on the above subject.

We shall of course be very much interested to see the effect of these improvements, and I would be glad if you will kindly let us know when we may expect to receive this altered lighting on chassis. Can it be introduced on all those chassis not yet delivered from the Works ? We think ithis very desirable in view of the unsatisfactory results obtained with the present standard.

Can we also assume that there is no extra cost involved in standardising the modifications you have now suggested ?
