Dear Sirs,

We are preparing an ingot of Alloy A.C.7 for extrusion in order to determine whether this method is satisfactory for the production of bearings, but we are undecided whether to extrude the alloy to rod or tube.

Since, in the event of the experiment being successful, we would like you to carry out some tests on the bearings produced, we would be glad to know in what form you would prefer to have the material, giving dimensions.

Yours faithfully,
For and on behalf of
HIGH DUTY ALLOYS LIMITED.
