I have not been able to find any example where in a case of failure we merely altered the material to SZ/NCR. In a case of the Bentley differential which I mentioned on the telephone, we also altered the teeth from 8 to 7 DP. As you may know, from the 24th. B.V. gearbox onwards the layshaft cluster will be made in SZ/NCR, but we have not got a dynamometer figure of merit for the tooth strength.
