V6027 Ha/Wst.7/MA. 30th November, 1933. Messrs.Joseph Lucas Ltd., Great King Street, Birmingham, 19. For the attention of Mr.W.E.Robinson. Dear Sir, We thank you for your letter of the 29th instant reference X/R3. We have decided that as we are anxious to carry out further freezing tests on the Bentley Chassis it would be a good idea to combine our visit to you with regard to headlamps with leaving the Car in your refrigerator for another freezing test. With regard to the latter we have decided that we shall make no other change, on the chassis for the next test other than putting in Prices Motorine C Oil in place of the Mobiloil D which has been used for the two previous tests. We understand from your Mr.Barrington that you have had no experience of Prices Motorine C oil in your Refrigerator so that the results of the next test should be of interest to you. We suggest tentatively that we come over next Friday (8th December) and discuss the lamp question with Mr.Neil and yourself, and then leave the Car in your Refrigerator over Friday Night for the purpose of carrying out our starting tests in conjunction with Mr.Barrington on Saturday morning (9th December). | ||
