Instruction School. c. to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} The Phantom III car 34-EX is coming to you, and I would like you to please let W. have a report weekly on the behaviour of the clutch and steering of this car. They are striving for a clutch which remains smooth when moving away from rest under all conditions, and they are anxious for information about this car when in regular use as to whether the clutch remains in that condition. Ws regards the steering, they want to know whether the steering of this car remains free from joggles and kicks on uneven roads, as at present in this respect it is very good. These are two matters which want very carefully watching. Will you please keep W. informed and let me have copies of your reports so that I may know how this car is behaving. Will you please also let W. have a report on the oil consumption. Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} | ||
