Dear Sirs, We duly received the two prints of SP.{Mr Spinney}12-2 magneto scheme referred to in yours HWJ/VS.{J. Vickers} of the 20th inst. We note however, that these prints are not up-to-date in respect of the advanced and retard lever attachments whereas this is about the most important point from our Drawing Office point of view.
