Phantom III. 31-EX.

Reverse Throttle Carburetters - Lightened Throttle Spring.

Re your memo. E/PSN.3/MN.4.10.35.

Having made the link to your instructions and altered the levers to toggle as per instructions, we now obtain a load of 7 lbs. on the accelerator pedal for a third (approx.) of the opening. A load of 15 lbs. has to be exerted to keep the throttle fully opened. This load is too great. We are waiting for your further instructions to reduce this load.
