Confirming an improvement in the quality of Phantom III oil coolers and their future acceptability.

In reply to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.2/MH.{M. Huckerby}18.1.38., we find that the union faces of oil coolers received during the past week show a definite improvement over the previous supplies, and slight bedding has only been found necessary in odd cases.
