As from time to time confusion and delay is caused through letters intended for Mr Clarke , Experimental Dept. (indicating letters, "EFC") and Mr Clarke of the Demonstration Class, also letters for Mr Hall, Laboratory (initial letters "Hl") and Mr Hall, Accounts Dept: being sent to the wrong people, will you kindly note and give instructions to all your assistants to note clearly the initials of the persons concerned so that correspondence may be correctly delivered.
