Re Radiator Thermometer.

What is the present state of the original thermometer fitting the design of which was sent to Mr. Royce. Is it instructed to the shops? If it is not then I think we should make all haste to complete Mr. Royce's suggested scheme and order that up in quantities. There should be little that is experimental about it. If the first scheme has only been in the shops for two or three days I still think that we should go on with the new one. These parts can be fitted to the chassis at coach builders if necessary by providing complete new water pipes, and converting the old ones in the works. Will Mr. Day produce these new details as quickly as possible, please?
