Messrs. Joseph Lucas Ltd.,
Great King Street,
Birmingham, 19.

17th. November 1937.

For the attention of Mr. Neill.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning under separate cover the special lamp front, incorporating the anti-flutter scheme. We should like this to be fitted in a standard headlamp so that we can carry out road tests.

We have made arrangements for the special pair of Bentley lamps recently received, and which we understand embodies the latest improvements, to be fitted to a car for test. We are, however, in doubt as to what these improvements are, and in order to keep in close touch with progress made, we would be glad if you would inform us as to what features have been incorporated in this pair.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
