Flywheel Experiments - Bentley.

Further to our experiments on flywheel vibration, we have discovered on 3-B-IV that the inertia of the disc flywheel is too little and causes bad engagement and over-run rattles. As we were to continue experimenting with the Borg & Beck clutch, will you please fit the scheme of increased inertia shown herewith on B-9 unit.
