With reference to your memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}/18/MH{M. Huckerby}18-73 the experience of Kingsbury with regard to the prop shaft/damper being effective in reducing over-run axle noise is, that it is of very little value. They do not consider that the small amount of value it has does not warrant the cost involved.
