Attached is a preliminary report from Hancock on 21-G-IV. The main object of the test was to check the new 20/25 turbulent head for smoothness and slow running, the Borg & Beck clutch for take-up, and the SpectreCodename for Phantom III type steering without pre-loading for road shocks. The results indicate that we have got to live with this car for some little time before we can form final conclusions as to the actual merits of the various new parts.
