C.W.Nichols Esq.,

Cricklewood Works,
London, N.W.2.

Dear Mr.Nichols,

I have arranged for a standard 20/25 HP. Rolls-Royce instrument patch to be sent to your Works at Cricklewood marked for your attention. We are sending this to you on loan as arranged for the purpose of exhibiting the same on your stand at Olympia.

I am hoping to visit Olympia myself on Thursday afternoon next and possibly will be able to see you there. On Thursday morning I am proposing to visit the A.T.Speedometer Co., for the purpose of inspecting the new lightened type instruments. I am writing to Mr.Buckland regarding this and I do hope there will be as little delay as possible in the production of these instruments. Whilst I have told Mr.Buckland to spare no efforts in producing the very best he can in this new design but we do not wish to imply that he has unlimited time to do this as we do not wish to place any further orders for the present unsatisfactory type of instrument. Perhaps you will impress upon Mr.Buckland the urgency of these instruments accordingly from your end as a matter of policy.

Yours sincerely,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
