Deletion of the oil cooler on the Phantom III model to simplify crankcase production.

Coverley - Production Engineer} appeared to think that deleting the water passages from the oil cooler of the P.III crankcase would materially help him to produce this part. We expect to have had enough experience on our aluminium tin bearings to enable us to leave off the cooler in about three months' time, and should like to have a proper scheme for cutting out these water passages by the time this moment arrives.
